There are FIVE Twitch Drops to New World!

Quick! Log in your hours for these FIVE Twitch for your Return to Aeternum. There are three Apparel skins, sets of Weapons skins, a Campsite skin, AND many more! The New World Twitch drop page only features the Fallen Spirit apparel skin. But the Return to Aeternum promotional webpage contains all the new Twitch drops info.

The Fallen Spirit skin is available to celebrate the release of Brimstone Sands. Watch participating channels for 4 hours before November 14 11:59 PM (PDT). When you’ve completed the four hours, click “claim”. Also, if you’re playing New World when clicking claim, you’ll see a notification on the upper right of your screen that says, “Twitch Drop Received”!

The Return to Aeternum page outlines objectives for streamers to unlock each drop. All the drops will eventually be available. If not, we’re all going to be sad. We’re waiting for the Baalphazu’s camp skin drop to unlock as of writing. Let’s go!

How to claim the drops on New World in Twitch

1. Login to your Twitch account.
2. Click on your profile icon.
3. Click drops.
4. On your drops page, click All Campaigns and choose New World.
   Note: If your Twitch account is not yet connected to your Steam account, you will need to click the Connect button. Connecting Twitch through the New World’s Social menu is still bugged.
5. Click Go to a Participating Live channel link (e.g. channels #dropsenabled) and watch a Twitch stream. The stream must only be active – you do not have to watch the actual stream. You can mute the stream as well.
6. Refresh your Inventory page (your Twitch profile icon -> drops), to keep track of your progress. Occasionally check the stream to see that the streamer is still playing New World, or that the channel has Twitch drops enabled.

How to equip the skins

1. After successfully claiming the drop, log in to New World. You will also see Twitch Drop received if you’re playing New World.
2. Open your inventory, and click each armor piece to choose change skin. The new apparel or weapon skin will have new labeled as well.
3. Or you can go to Store and look for the new skins (e.g. Fallen Spirit) where you can equip the set altogether.

The rest of the drops campaign will run from November 2 to November 19 (Central Time). There’s still plenty of time. Frankly, all drops are worth it. But it’s the first time that New World will drop a campsite skin on Twitch. So the campsite skin is extra special. When all drops are claimed, you would have a Mars skin for all of your weapons.
